No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

  • Author: Liliana
  • Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Description

A creamy, no-bake dessert made with just 5 ingredients including Oreos, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. It requires zero oven time and is perfect for hot days or last-minute entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (about 300g, such as Oreos)
  • 6 tablespoons melted unsalted butter (85g)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (250g)
  • 2 cups heavy cream (480ml)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (170g)
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff (200g)
  • Crushed pretzels for garnish (optional)
  • Extra chocolate chips for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter and press firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a 13×9-inch baking dish or 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until mostly melted. Let cool slightly to room temperature.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the marshmallow fluff into the whipped cream until combined.
  6. Pour in the cooled melted chocolate and fold gently to create a marbled effect.
  7. Fold in the peanut butter gently until incorporated, being careful not to deflate the cream.
  8. Spread the filling evenly over the prepared crust.
  9. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until set.
  10. Before serving, sprinkle with crushed pretzels or extra chocolate chips. Slice with a sharp knife dipped in hot water for clean cuts.

Notes

Ensure the melted chocolate is cooled to room temperature before folding into the whipped cream to prevent melting. Use cold heavy cream for best whipping results. The pie tastes better after chilling overnight. Do not reheat; serve cold.
