Description
A stress-free, no-cook charcuterie board perfect for game day parties. This easy-to-assemble spread features a balance of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, and sweet accents to feed a crowd effortlessly.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 oz Prosciutto
- 4 oz Salami (pepperoni-style)
- 4 oz Cured Spanish Chorizo
- 4 oz Sharp Cheddar
- 8 oz Brie
- 4 oz Manchego (or Gouda)
- 4 oz Water Crackers
- 4 oz Sourdough Chips
- 4 oz Pretzel Rods
- 1 small jar Fig Jam (approx. 4 oz)
- 4 oz Marcona Almonds
- 1 cup Grapes
- 4 oz Dried Apricots
Instructions
- Place small bowls or ramekins on the board in a triangle or scattered pattern to create visual interest.
- Nestle crackers into empty spaces between bowls, fanning them out or leaning them against bowls for height.
- Arrange hard cheeses (cheddar, manchego) as cubes or slices. Place soft cheese (brie) whole or cut into triangles for variety.
- Fold or roll slices of prosciutto and salami to create volume. Cut chorizo into bite-sized pieces. Arrange meats in clusters near cheeses.
- Fill remaining gaps with almonds, dried apricots, and grapes, scattering grapes generously for color and freshness.
Notes
Let cheeses sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavor. Cluster items together rather than scattering them randomly. The board can be assembled up to 24 hours in advance and stored in the fridge.
